  12. *NOTE* because of required changes, The CFG file has changed. The sample
  13.         is commented, but basically line 2 is no longer the file to download,
  14.         it is either Y or N to indicate whether to log the new user off or
  15.         not.

  17.         The file REGREQ.LST contains a list of files to be flagged and
  18.         downloaded at the user's request. This file is also commented.
  19.  
  20. FIXED: a nasty bug that wouldn't open the CFG file <forgot a line> :)
